I am a scoundrel(lv /jedisentinel(lv 11) with half way to the lightside on my force meter. I have mostly dark side powers with 4 or less light side powers. I have improved critical strike and that's my only attack feat. throw lightsaber, insanity, lightning force and cure are the only powers i can think of that i have. i can get past the first part easily enough, but deck 2 is a nightmare. i can hold off the enemies, but not without wasting tons of advanced medpacs, and i can't make any progress really because i don't have anything in the burst of speed line. juhani is my flurry/heal character (these are what i mainly use them for) jolee is my lightsbrthrow/heal character, bastila is not in my party ([spoiler removed]) carth is my rapidfire/sniper, zaalbar is my criticalstrike/flurry/balancedwithguns character, canderious is my powerblast/powerattack character, HK-47 is my balancedwithguns character and T3-M4 or whatever the other droids name is sort of mainly other feats than attack. I know i have to go shut down the turrets from the terminal, but the enemies are so spammed i can't get far at all. i also need to save medpacs for minibosses and malak i only have 24 advanced medpacs, 28ish medpacs and 9ish life support kits what do i do? _________________ I.am.Darth.Revan...BUT I'M A GOOD GUY! Which leaves my other option, run for your life.
You will have to fight a few people to keep going, but it won't be too bad. When you get to big old Darth not to be named in this forum, then you can use your drain life thing to make the battle shorter because of a certain thing, and heal yourself alot! _________________ My avatar stands out on the KOTOR forums. o-o |

You said run for your life. like i said i have nothing in the burst of speed category, so i will have to kill a bunch of enemies over and over again, and i will run over the trigger points if i just keep going, and will be too slow to hold them off. isn't there a better way?
Now what i really need specific strategy for is deck 2, but your party is unchangeable here so i wanted to know who i should and shouldn't bring. I don't have drain life on anyone except for jolee (i think i may be wrong), but i don't want to risk putting jolee in my party because juhani is much more physically capable than jolee, (jolee's only attack feat is normal power attack) he does have allot of cool force powers, but that won't do much good when allot of them are dark side and they'll drain have of his points. i was thinking of putting zaalbar in my party with juhani, because he deals heavy damage just like her, and also has allot of health. jolee IS, however the only one with destroy droid in my party. what's the better strategy? _________________ I.am.Darth.Revan...BUT I'M A GOOD GUY! You will be running into droids, but only for deck 1 I think, then you will be fighting dark jedi and turrets. I recommend whoever has the most health, less likely to die if you are running and if they have to fight, they will live for a while.
Lightsabers will be an asset but you might want a blaster if you don't have force jump, you will be fighting some troopers.
Also, after deck 2 there is an area that will be much easier if you have someone with good computer skill.
Either way its just a matter of trying, running, and fighting when you have to. _________________ My avatar stands out on the KOTOR forums. o-o |

take jolee, I almost always use jolee. His force heal and destroy droid is reason enough. make use of the pause feature. Have all your party members attack one thing at a time. you'll have more of a chance than if they scatter and fall apart. |

well, jolee deals weak damage, because i've been concentrated on getting him OTHER feats. his only attack other than normal attack is power attack. I think I'll try with Zaalbar and Jolee, however because i do agree that destroy droid and his drain life will probably be necessary when i fight the final boss. than destroy droid will be almost useless. like i said, i can easily make it past deck 1. so i think zaalbar and juhani are my best team due to their high hits and high health. do i have to fight the big bad girl-sith alone aswell? or do i get a chance to bring her back to the light? _________________ I.am.Darth.Revan...BUT I'M A GOOD GUY! |

Actually, Zalbaar sucks there. His high VP is offset by his extremely low armor class. You would be better served taking Canderous since he has that regenerative implant, can wear heavy armor, has way more feats, and a better attack bonus. On the way to the final battle I usually take Canderous and Jolee is I'm light side and Canderous and Bastila if I'm dark side. And you can kill Malak with grenades and mines if you need to. Throw a thermal detonator at him, spam Force Wave, set some mines and run. You just need to kill him every time he heals himself since you don't have Destroy Droid or Death Field to take down his source of healing. |
