Ok i got past Deck 2 easily with Zaalbar and Juhani. Now i need to get past the command deck. Any spoiler-free tips?

Not much you can do there - blast yourself till you get to <spoilers>
Edit: this level is a lot easier than deck#2, the catch is you may have spent your medpacks.

I don't remember the command deck very well but if I'm right, you can run through here, fight "Ms suddenly Darkside jedi" Talk to her and try to get the Heart to Heart chatting.
Then you go on to fight Mr Metal Jaw.
Hope ya have some medpacs left over.
