Johnny Deep for Revan, and Tom Cruise for Exile.
Kieira Knightley for Bastila and Kelly Hu for Visas and For Handmaiden... don't know, maybe Charlize Theron?
We could go for Morgan Freeman for Jolee Bindo, Ron Perlman for Canderous, Angelina Jole for Juhani, maybe Emma Watson for Mission, Ben Afflek for Carth, Michele Pfeiffer for Kreia, pity he isn't young enough since Jeorge Clooney would make a good Atton Rand, Paul Walker for Mical, Mila Jovovich would make a good Mira and Whoever for Zaalbar, HK, T3 and G0-T0.
Maybe Vin diesel for Darth Malak.

Hmmm... everyone says Kate Beckinsale looks like Bastila. She even has the accent! 
Vin Deissel for Malak would be cool, seeing as he's tough and reckless.
I always thought Patrick Dempsey looks and sounds like Carth, too.

Those are good suggestions. If they ever did do a live action Kotor movie, they'd probably use some no-name actors, and as a result they'd be catapulted to stardom, a la Chris Pine in Star Trek.
