I cant loging in my game, and i supose the accounts are linked because i have both woriking. After typing pasword and user i accept the licence and i get an error, al my friends are plaing now and i am waiting. |

Me too. Anyone from BioWare going to actually post here? I mean, you guys DID re-open this forum so we could actually have a working place to groan and moan at you, right? Right?
So sure, we might have a place to vent, but maybe that's all it is. At least, that's going to be my stance until someone actually comes over here and says they're actually working on this specific issue.
I read some admin post on the BSN site that there are a lot of issues and they're fixing them one by one and to try to see if they fixed your issue by going back time to time. LOL.
How about you guys just fix it? |

For those having problems with creating an account on the BioWare social network site, a 'send debug info' button has been added to the signup process. Using this will help the website team in sorting out the issues.

I appreciate that you're trying to help, but this thread is multiple pages in length and so one would expect that the company behind both the game and the website associated with it would choose to respond in a most active thread.
I myself have linked this account and a Master EA account, filled out all the relevant information but are unable to register due to the "display name is already in use issue" despite it auto linking that after a successful merger of accounts.
I cannot access or download the content the collectors edition affords me and so far I've spent a large amount of time trying to resolve this with no success.
As a long standing customer and supporter of Bioware and from previous experience of their products and support I expected better than this. |

I am tring too to solve this isue, either trhought ea asistence chat could they help me. They said me that in 24 houres some of ea would contact me to solve my isue if i konw anything new i will post it. |

I found it out, it is pasword related, if the pasword has special symbols it has problems creating the account. like & or $. I changed my pasword and now i can login. |

Hello all.
I was posting on the Dragon Age Forums for help and was told to come over here, so here I am.
I have an EA account and a Bioware account, same e-mail address but it auto-detects my login name and tells me it is already taken. Of course my login, sparhawk42, is taken because it is my login. It worked one time on the day the game came out and I linked the two accounts but now I just keep getting this. I have no special characters in my password and both passwords are different. I have a Bioware account (where I have registered all my Bioware games, including the redeemed codes for DA:O Collector's Edition), I have an EA account too and, apparently, DA:O and BSN accounts. But I can't access the items because it seems I can't merge these nightmare of accounts into something centralized so I can log in into DA:O and use the Blood Dragon Armor, Shale or exclusive items.
Problem gets bigger when it comes to you being able to log into DA:O with only EA account, as it only allows for e-mail and password usage, while Bioware account is display name and password. And the BSN thing is giving me headaches as it doesn't seem to allow me to link accounts as it keeps saying the display name is already in use. |

Yeah, I've tried e-mailing them in a couple of different places but no word. I understand completely that they are probably getting a ton of e-mails but it would be nice to have gotten some kind of reply. I figure someone will eventually get to me, I've found Bioware to always have the absolute best support after there games are released. I cannot get into the social site no matter what I try and I have tried since the post above. I have accounts all over and I can login to all of the bioware.com sites, I can login with my EA account on the EA site, but when I try to create my account on the Social site I get a message that my email is in use.
The most frustrating thing is that at some point I seem to remember getting access and redeeming my code. All attempts after that have resulted in no joy.

I have attempted to sign up and been rejected. I tried to sign in utilizing the button that indicates I have a BioWare account. In doing so I am directed to fill in some additional fields of information. I complete this procedure and in each scenario am told that my e-mail is already in use along with the suggestion that I try to sign in. In attempting to sign in I am asked to fill in some additional information... This is a never-ending loop.
I look forward to hearing when this issue has been remedied and I can register my copy of Dragon Age:Origins and utilize the forums. _________________ By the power of Grayskull. |
